Sound of paper being flipped over breaks the concentrated silence in a pale cyan laboratory as a beige canine in his lab-coat appears to be in a world of his own: a world of calculus filling up Brandon's mind due to an upcoming weather measurement test with weather balloons requiring precise calculations about the expensive prototype equipment interacting with changes in atmospheric pressure. Amidst his pondering Brandon's eyes momentarily glimpse on a portrait frame containing an image of his beloved companion and daughter, a small smile forming on canine's face as he recalls onto his family's support for his busy and attention demanding job as well as several shared moments of the laughter inducing blunders they've shared together...

"Wait, what I was doing?- Oh, right..." Brandon thinks to himself as he snaps back to the task at hand and looks onto the data provided, only for a realization about losing track on how far he had gone on the pages as a mild sigh escapes his lips. -"Well, it seems I gotta do what others tend to say in this career... measure twice; pour once" he comments before flipping all the pages in order to start from the beginning, his mind soon reforming the advanced calculus of formulas in it as the small joyful recollection has boosted today's shift as per usual day at his job...

Oh yeah, this character exists in my crew... How I managed to forget about him?-

Welp, thankfully I managed to get from my 3 month long hiatus (not sure where that came out... whoops) when I thought what I could do to follow up the kind of simple "regular vs. berry"-test from May. Fortunately the power of sometimes keeping things simple and just showing characters in their regular/intended depictions happened to come in clutch once again to get my tablet back to the desk and scribble out a work: this time getting a brain-blast to give the chemist-canine Brandon some spotlight by showing his work in the science-field where he provides finds for him and his family, which I think I managed to catch into this drawing somewhat nicely (given how I impulsively got an idea to add a portrait of Penelope and Eveline as one of those stereotypical motivational tropes)

Also, if anyone ponders about that formula in the thought-bubble: that's just basic Barometric Formula that I thought would be somewhat fun to add as something scientific, thou me trying to think further into the calculations... Yeah, don't wanna jam my brain with that volume of numbers. Might be better off to spare voluminous stuff for the canine's future appearances, amirite? Just gotta marinade ideas... >:3
