Who created Screwball? It was like all of the sudden BAM! she's everywhere. Was she actually on the Discord episodes or something? Now I have to go back and rewatch them right now.

She was. When Twilight is finally broken by Discord and she's walking back to her home, depressed, Screwball here floats across the screen as part of the illogical things happening.
