I've used the same source photo for this fly several times. It's available on pixabay as public domain... a very nice macro photo of a fly (exact species not specified). I used deepdreamgenerator and GIMP 2.10 with G'MIC to create this final result. It's big enough for 4k monitors if you want to use it as a wallpaper. (This is an alternate version of the previous piece.)
