Got this one ready in PhotoMosh this morning before work. It's basically two images with one with a slight color difference fading in and out on top the other. It also has a very slight CRT scanlines filter on it, also added with PhotoMosh.
I'll post some non-animated versions soon and link to them here from my scraps folder.
