Stand Name: 『LAZARUS』
Stand User: Heil Cantrell

Ability: Physically a moderately strong, close-range stand. Able to provide a "push" to surfaces within 20 meters of Heil. After years, he's sharpened this ability to the logical extreme: Focusing the breadth of this force onto the atomic level, able to force atoms to exchange protons and electrons, splitting them and reshaping them. Essentially, he's able to use Lazarus as an instrument of alchemy/transmutation. The applications of this stand are infinite, ranging from slowing down water molecules in the air to create snow to turning the oxygen in the air into a brick wall.
The limits to this stand are the following:
It is not able to affect anything beyond the surface of any human,
It is not able to affect anything outside of its 20 meter range,
and the stand itself is conscious and sentient, and it shares Heil's apathy. Lazarus will regularly ignore Heil's commands out of either stubbornness or lack of motivation.

I've been watching this obscure anime recently, you probably haven't heard of it, it's called

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

so uh, yeah
It's good, (duh), and stands are a genuinely fun concept to brainstorm ideas for. I realize Heil's ability is a little extremely overpowered in the right circumstances, but that's the fun of it right? Probably never going to use it, tbh, Heil's always a character that exists to be OP that I enjoy thinking about but never end up using. Nonetheless, I had fun making this, which isn't often anymore.
