Description
We all know about The Zero that rebuilt from Zero's part without having his Chipset. Fans dubbed him "Fake Zero" he was quickly killed off by Original Zero.
Serges by all accounts is an extension of Wily. Either by AI directions or possibly Wily made an exact copy of his mind and memory that were evently put into Serges.
Delta Zero is what he would have become if Serges had enough time to not only rebuild, but upgrade Zero making him Delta Zero and Perfect Zero.
Not a Maverick, but what Wily set him out to be, a Destroyer and Bound to destroy X.
