From the episode Turbo Thieves, the bad guys have captured Patty to get Brett/TT back so TT and Alex follow them out to the bad guy's boat with one of their own but TT is too heavy and the boat sinks from under him causing him to go underwater and change back to Brett.Related content

This is the 3rd and final of the 3 stock transformations, and the only one of Turbo turning back into Brett, I always liked Brett's line "It's a lot easier to hold your breath, as a car." after he comes to surface.
