introduced me to your gallery this morning, and since this is the first piece that popped up, I knew I was in for a treat.
You're art work, this piece, everything about it, the expression, the pose, the coloring, the detail on the gun doesn't have to be extremely great to know its a gun, its just amazing. I am completly in awe at this.

Welcome, angel. Glad that you like what you see! I didn't do any details to the gun. This was a joke for a cover that OBVIOUSLY didn't make it. Mainly because they didn't see it at all. hehe. I chickened out at the last second.
But, hey! glad to see you around!

Damn right! If they wanted Bugs to be more extreme, they should have just given him a bag of things that go boom.
....Then again, with all the terrorism stuff, that probably wouldn't fair well.
But hell, anything is better than the "can-opener hands" Buzz Bunny and crew!
Great picture!

HAR! That reminds me, I wanted to ask: Have they asked you to do any Loonatics comics yet?

I asked Joan Hilty the same question the other day and she told me that EVERYONE was asking her the same thing. As far as I know the concept is not yet licensed for comic books yet.

"Not yet liscenced for comic books". Sakes. This whole Warner/Cartoon Network/DC Comics trying-to-be-seperate-but-united entities thing never ceases to confuse me.

At least one or two of them keep you employed. Are you still working for Warner Animation as well?

My contract is with WB so I'm here and there. My most recent stuff at WB are storyboards for KRYPTO the superdog.

*replies out of the blue* >_> Was just lookin' through the gallery and happened upon this comment. I think it's extremely cool (and very encouraging) that so many folks on DA are real professional animators/story board artists (ironically I just watched Krypto for the first time yesterday morning... though I don't care for it personally it doesn't change the fact that someone went through all the trouble planning/drawing/putting it together, and that itself is awesome @_@)
... so yes. Pointless comment XD;

Wait-- so despite the fact that the comics are published by DC, the contract is with Warners?
Yep, completely confusing.

WB owns a lot of subcompanies. For years one of them is DC Comics.

Wont be far until Loonatics reaches comic books, though.
That thing reeks of EXTREME ACTION!
