Motion Picture FX in Burbank, Ca. They have a website you can order from. I use different clays often but mostly Chavant NSP medium or hard. ProClay hard is also very nice to use and doesn't make your hands smell to bad.

this is awesome! >.> is it a mask? It looks clay, but at the same time it's so real in depth and such that it looks like it could be a hand puppet (or too big for that) like a costume head mask thing lol great job!

It's about 10 inches long and it's going to be part of a wall plaque and he'll have claws stretched out to put a candle in.
