Description This one ... I always felt like I was just around the corner from what I really wanted. Instead I see reflections of it in each phase. Thought this might be a good one to show the step by step on.

Pencils: Really wanted a pop of expression. Got it, but some of the facial dimensions were off to me.

Inks: Compacted facial features a bit. Lost a little bit of the expressive quality.

Colors: Found some fun things with the moon lighting, but the character gets lost in the contrast of light and dark. The face is confusing to look at imo. But the color variety does pop pretty well.

I'm digging your pencils and inks alot! As I was looking at this picture I was thinking to myself as well: 'hm the energy of the sketch/inks' got lost somewhere in the painting stage. Doesn't matter though, looking at these steps is always fun! Personally I think the inks look best!
