Just an Alien-sort of cartoon i made some days ago and CGed. I really don't expect anyone to understand the "flames" part. Just imagine its blue fire or sky... whatever....i dont even know either. I just wasn't happy with reds and oranges.And about the background, i just think it fits well to the pic.
....yes, the arms blended with the body due to the enormous speed!

awesome dave, nice shading and coloring. i also love the clouds and lightnings (looks like if he's riding the lightning... heh...)
