Vision: Hair looks good, eyes need a little bit work, background is simple. You might be try to put something in background. To make it a little bit real. Glittler effects are fine. You also need work one zeros ears and clothes. Hands looking fine. Bracelets and earrings are ok.
Originality: Well it's original. And have simple background. Pose is normal
Technique: You should work on hips. You will get better in time.
