Amun Khumn senses someone new at his compound and goes to meet his new guest, Surtur's queen, Dekla."Good evening, Dekla," he says. "You know that you are not allowed to be here. My work is to be undisturbed, and I already informed the kings that I would be delivering Nephthys to them in three days. My time 'connecting' with her now is sacred and part of my reward. You are not to interfere."
"I need a huge favor, old friend," she replies. "IΒ need to have a conversation with Nephthtys, and I will not be allowed near her once you deliver her to my mate and the other kings."
"Conversation?" Β he asks skeptically.
Dekla smiles wryly. "Nephthys's powers are muted but her accelerated healing is still active, correct?" As he shakes his head affirmatively, she continues. "So, no permanent damage will be done to her during our 'talk', and I will make sure that you are given additional time with her before her delivery."
