I went to the local Lovecraft Arts & Science shop tog find out how to submit a painting to the Necronomicon Providence, which is a festival celebrating all things H.P. Lovecraft. By chance the curator happened to be in the store and recognized my name. He expressed interest in submitting Poe for the show. The piece was done digitally and I really wanted to submit a painting for the gallery showing. However it did inspire me to redo the piece in a traditional manner.materials:
