i found this old early 90s st0ck photo CD at the thrift store called pcpaintbrush photo library disk 1 this has an assortment of 600x397 low quality tif files one of them being this image. so for fun i took this image and upscaled it using ai neutral network programs to 3600x2382 and then touched it up in photoshop. over all for being such a low res crappy image this turn out really good! the skyline has changed alot in 30 years. the download contains the original file and upscaled file.

this original image has a time stamp of feb 11 1994 and im not for certain but was likely taken with a apple digital camera back in that time frame. anyways more or less a crap post but i found it interesting.
