Now that BAM 02 is now released at this [link] , here are the images that I've included in the book.

Trintan Pass and the Abbey constructed above--and bridging--the cliffs. This is possibly one of the rare more elaborate holy constructs from Maatla's Modern Church of Gaia. (Their answer to the Catholic Church who also doubles as a UN when it needs to)

The abbey marks the official boundary between Vintanos and Ritanica, where a 300-style battle took place that marked the end of a Randian mass exodus from the later country. Think of a furry Atlas Shrugged on steroids. In the canyon-like valley, Vintanos' matriarch John Galt Knothole (!!) staged a Leonaidias-like battle against a flood of Ritanican armies trying to conquer his land. The body count was enough to actually _fill_ that canyon. If that don't make it Maatla's Gettysburg, nothing will.
