my first quick attempt at a tat(the other work i have on my body arent originals by me)
i sketched this in the back of an exercise book real quick using a black pen (ran out of room a little on the left side)
my idea was to make a 'tribalish' looking version of the mandelbrot set.... 'the fingerprint of god'
i left room in the middle for some text...
as i said just a rough attempt for now.. ill try and refine it before it goes on my skin

pretty awesome, all though, i do admit, i think it kinda looks like spermies and an egg... maybe that's becaus ei had a friend draw something similar on me, calling it "the circle of life" i was prepared for a lion king drawing in my hand in permanent marker... boys. anyway, enough of my story, very awesome work. very balanced in a non-symetrical kind of way.

Holy shit that's bad ass! I've had the same idea of getting the mandlebrot set tatted, but knew it had way too much detail. Your drawing is WAY better than the attempts i had at minimalistic drawings of this infinitely amazing fractal. You have just given me more inspiration than i could have ever needed.

Looks really good, though IΒ΄d have a black/grey pic inside the circle...feels more complete to me that way, but tattoos are about your personal preferences, so donΒ΄t listen to me!

Wow, a tribal mandlebrot set. Now that is really cool. I've always really liked the mandlebrot set, but I've never seen a cool interpretation of it like this.
If I was gonna get a tattoo, I'd definately consider something like this.

wow, ive neer seen or thought of stylizing a fractal. very cool idea. i happen to be rather fond of fractals. i like you rendition. i would focus on getting it symetrical. (hey, its only half the work for you that way) and maybe refer back to a good picture of the real thing. Awsome idea though.

well thats very cool, its not exaclty a mandelbrot because its not repeating in itself but that would be impossible to draw
also its symetrical but if you look closely, its not. that s cool. i cant see anyway to fix it. great work
