i can see that this is still a work in progress so I won't comment on it too much ^_~

Good things: Very cute! A little cliche but definately an enjoyable one! You've captured her expression pretty well and I don't see as many of those hesitant or sloppy bumps as I did before!! BRAVO! I like how she's somewhat offcenter which adds to her quizzical nature. You've also got a nice base for more shading and detail!

Things to improve: Once again different brush sizes would help this picture look a little more thoughtful and more 3D. Unfortunately it's hard for me to say anything else until you finish the picture completely. Definately let me know when you have an updated version on it and I will be more than glad to critique it further!!
