I love the concept of this painting. It just screams creepy and that's the beauty of it. It is nerve-racking, yet intriguing; spine-chilling, yet creative. The shading is very good and impressive, I thought it was a digital piece at first. I love the contrast between everything. The body of a little girl with the soul of the devil; the way her eyes give the impression of a blood-thirsty killer contrasting with her childish and innocent bow, small nose and girly full lips; the beautiful town and the skulls and blood-streaked doors and pillars. Simply inspirational.

The technique and depth of this piece is astounding, it is evident the growth that have already taken place through your journey in art. It is truly your perseverance that has given you a place to grow through this medium. Wow! It's been difficult for me to keep up with all the deviations my friends have been submitting lately, but this one naturally popped out! Very dark work from you this time around, Dave, and I absolutely love it!

wow, i think this is one of your best. i love the detail and the colours are so striking. it's a fantastic piece of work.
also i noticed great textures painted in there as well, like those funked up horn things, really cool, like i'd want to touch it.
