This is a drawing of our next door neighbours cat who sadly passed away in 2020. We called him “Felix” or “Big Cheeky Boy”. He was a regular visitor in our house and could demolish an entire pouch of cat food in less than a minute.
He was huge, boisterous and ungainly cat but he had a very sweet nature. He would politely stand to one side and wait for our four cats to finish off their latest meal before swooping in to devour anything that remained in their bowls.
He was always getting into trouble with other less agreeable tomcats in the neighbourhood and would often appear with scratches and scrapes as evidence of his latest adventures. He would then find a quiet spot for a snooze, in our house or next door, it didn’t seem to matter much to him.
Rest in peace Felix, we miss you x
