This is good but it still needs a lot of work. Especially in the left side of the hood. Your shadowing is very harsh and looks unrealistic.

It looks really nice. The paint job and the metal look very realistic.

If I had to find a nit to pick it would be that the realism of the car body makes the lack of realistic texture on the tires really stand out. Unfortunately I don't know vector drawing well enough to suggest a way to fix it.
