I really like the expression on the mans face, but I just don't think that the two photos go together well, just because the shading is a little off. I think maybe you should add a little highlight to the mans face. But overall I really like the feel of the picture.

something seems really off for me in this picture. what kind of editing did you do? from what i can tell it looks like it was sunny? always better to take a picture in an overcast day. good sharpness and focus. Keep up the good work

heh anywho lovely title and perfectly fitting to the piece. His natural facial aging is just beautiful. Although I'm sure that its not what most people see the natural aging is somewhat mysteriously portrayed here ^.^.
