I saw this on the internet some time ago. Who knew I could find it here, too! 
Sola's story is pretty dang sad. One of the best parts from the first book. And you got the mood just right, I think.
Now what was her mother's name again? Tars Tarkas only mentioned it once... was it Gozava? Oh, well.
