Toyhouse Commission Prices - Full T.O.S.

Shortened Terms of Service:

I have the right to decline taking on a commission for any reason.

I will not tolerate abuse from my clients. Stay civil when we communicate or you will be blacklisted.

My preferred communication method is via Discord (dawn_comms).

My own personal deadline is 3 weeks. I will let you know of the progress, and if there are any changes.

I will only accept payment via Paypal, and only once I am ready to start your commission.

If the commission is a Sketch commission, I require payment made in full before I show you any progress.

If the commission is any other type of commission, you may pay half up front and half once the sketch is done.

Once the commission is done, you have the right to upload and use the artwork with proper Credit to me. You do not have the right to profit off of the artwork (Sell it as merch, etc) or claim it as your own work.

If the commission is a Custom Character, you have the right to resell it for the same amount that you bought it for, or more if you have additional art to it such as art done as Commissions by other Artists.

When taking contact, feel free to do so either via the Discord listed, or via a note here on Deviantart.
However I would prefer a more direct means of contact. While we could keep it here on Deviantart via the chat feature, I do not trust it all that much as I have found it rather buggy.
It is up to you which you would prefer.
