Wee little Deathclaw clan. For those of you who intend to point out my inaccuracy WRT real-world dromaeosaurs, let me counter-point out that I'm putting these drawings in the Fantasy category, rather than animals/wildlife etc... it should be obvious enough that my dinos aren't typical representations of paleontological factoids... They are enough, of course; I do study these critters ya know... But still, they wear armor..(!)

So, for the "Hey they didn't..." crowd, I retort, "Thanks, but durh."

But with this drawing, I wanted to capture some very human traits, posture, etc. while keeping the ferality of the creatures. Deathclaw are the big mean brutes, who love going to war. They have strong opinions and like to throw their weight around. But they love the family life, take only one mate, etc... They're new age like that.
