Description
The Sandman from the previous rendition of Atlas becomes the monster "RAHATE" of the current Atlas.The Sandman of the current Atlas is the hero that battles the monster, wins but in the end becomes the monster in Atlas's next "reset".
Oceanman is: 'what would happen if Rahate beat Sandman and broke the cycle'.
He is Rahate that has evolved.
Unlike Rahate, Oceanman has a clear goal and works towards it constantly; his mission is to repopulate the sea by bringing back the fish that were moved to land.
He only seeks after the Issirag (fish-people) but only to pull them to the water, he means them no harm.
Like every reincarnation of Rahate, he and Sandman are drawn to each other and will fight to the death when they meet.
