Soooo ya probably already know yoshies worship fruities? Yapz yapz!
This photo meant for an aperture schooltask in soft lightings to control sharpness and background colours into a stable level without any hard shadows. I took this photo mixed with daylightning from a window to the right and lamp above so it get's more "warmer".
Overall so are the drinks consisting of pure neonstick fluid, so it's defenitaly not any drinkable stuff no matter how tasty it looks, haha.
To mix it up with water was quite fail since it has a thicker consistency and layed on the bed of the glass.
This was a messy work. I had to wear plastic gloves so i didn't get any toxic neonshit on the handzzies and researched what kind of angle's was best, until i found out that this lower position wuz.
I tried also dark night surroundings so the neon glows standed out more. But disadvantage with that was that the lightings on the fruit details could hardly bee seen and the picture turned very dark and cold.
I will not spam up the other schooltask photo's i recently made or other ahead as i don't think deserves, unless it's my favzzies

Haven't uploaded it on my schoolalbum yet online, so i'm glad to hear the opinions here first
I wish i had a softbox or acryclic black board as the real photographers using so i could get more awesome and clean background results. But i will at least collect my tripod later today in one of our shopzzies

this is so cool! I love the idea of using glowstick blood as a substitute for tropical beverages xDDD the fruits on the left look yummy, but the kiwi and lemon look a weeeeny bit dull, but what do I know; perhaps that can't be avoided. If the resources are available to you, my mom the photographer suggests covering the brightest window in your house with some kind of thin white sheet, like a curtain, and having a reflector on the other side. good luck on your project!! ;D hope I didn't offend by pseudo-critiquing

I underestimated consistency of the neon which was really hard to get it out from the smaller stickzzies actually. So much thicker than blood. The neons in the shot glass was from a thicker stick though so it wen't easier to get it out
I'm a bit disappointed myself with all the fruits on the front line, since i had my focus on the second line there the big glass and shot glasses standing in. So therefore it loosed some sharpness.

Now, normally I'm not that big of a fruit fan unless it's something along the lines of...say, apple sauce or a banana or something, but man just by looking at this brilliant ensemble sure looks appetizing.
I've definitely commended you before for being a talented photographer, and this is no exception to the rule. Much like your other shots, here once again you've paid attention to great lighting and sharp clarity to create one mouthwatering enchilada across the board. Helps create a midsummer-type of picture that really makes you wish the season itself wouldn't of gone by so quickly, heh heh.

I hoped i could get a little extra sharp focus on the fruits who are in the front of the big glass and same line from there. 'Cuz i had the glass the main object in focus, awrr well

Your composition is very strong and thought out. You did a great job following the Rule of Thirds and guiding the viewer through the composition. The choice of colours are very well decided upon and I love the idea of using glowstick "juice" as the toxic cocktail.
The choice of fruit is very well picked out, the only thing I find strange is choosing to put pears in it. Compared to the other fruit, the pears are very waxy and dull compared to the bright, juicy fruit like the apples, oranges, kiwi, grapefruit, etc.
I think the reason it came out "dark and cold" is because (it looks like) you used only backlighting. I would have added a soft (possibly yellow or blue) keylight to remove the shadows on the front. You might even want to consider lighting it from beneath.

A bit surprised about your views of pears though 'cuz i consider that fruit very related to apples, which is a common fruit together with other juicy fruites in the same bowl
I readded lightly some extra blue touches so it wasn't to lifeless :]

I think the point I was trying to make with the pears is that pears usually are more than one colour (these being green/brown). Compared to apples which are usually a few shades of one colour, they appear (IMO) to look bruised compared to the "unblemished" fruit around it.
Also, the added blue looks very nice. Good job.

Jasså pluggar du studiofotografi eller Daxxe? Rätt snyggt det där fast du kunde nog ha valt nåt ljusblått skynke i bakgrunden för att ge den en mer somrig känsla. Den känns lite...grå och livlös nu trots att frukterna utstrålar den där mumsiga känslan ^^

I think this is a good reason to show more. Man these lights are awesome, I like how "toxi" looks! Shiny grees over darker colors are one of my favourite combinations. Also nice composition. TOXIC TASTE.
