Although this looks pretty epic and Knux would be an awesome addition, it will never happen unless the Sonic series is owned by Nintendo. No offense.

3rd party rep who has history with Nintendo and would make a great addition especially at the time when he and Mario were going to be in a game together. Once bitter rivals now friendly rivals I guess.

And we all have characters we want in SSB but will never happen. If only Sonic was owned by Nintendo...

That doesn't count. He was in Brawl as a cameo and a collectible. Nowadays, each rep gets their set of trophies from their games.
