noo crits please, I see my flaws enough as is without more being pointed out I can critique my own work:

i'm not finishing it, it's pretty much screwed. Pastels are another of my not so strong points, so I shouldn't have used such bold colours. The anatomy of my sketch was not to the tee, it was a sloppy cartoon of mine. the blue was my biggest mistake, it blended to easily with everything else. You can see how bold the red and yellow are, whilst the blue is dulled because it's mixed around. I included too much detail, for the kind of pastels i'm using anyway, on the face. Furthermore, that green. I was ticked when that came out, pastels are big and blocky so it's difficult to get up next to another colour without destroying it. Yellow especially, because it's light, will pick up just about every colour around. soo I got a little green. I still figured i'd finish it, until I started the mane. I don't even want to begin to analyze that issue. It was a mistake, but it's always good to learn from.

anyways. I used Cray-Pas Expressionist Oil Pastels. They're not really made for the extra detailed arts, they're especially nice abstract tools.
