It's actually a fan term created in the wake of the new DBZ movies. You see, Goku is fighting GODS in these movies so clearly they needed to make more levels of super sayains to combat them. Buuuut instead of expanding on the original show designs (See above) they decided to just do it based on color. It goes as such: Default > Super Sayain (Yellow) > Super Sayain 2 (More Yellow)> Super Sayain 3 (Even More Yellow) > Super Sayain 4 (Red Monkey) > Super Sayain God Super Sayain (Red) > Super Sayain God Super Sayain 2 (Blue). And the ridiculousness of this birthed the term "Bluper Sayain".
