With Nani working long hours during the day, and Stitch's many adventures with cousins, Lilo, and battles with Gantu can be very exhausting.I can Imagine Nani right after work lodging herself in the couch, and Stitch comes in to join her, cuddling himself to her like a little child wanting attention from mommy. So cute! :3
I thought it was unfair how the show portrayed Nani, especially her distant relationship towards Stitch. In Stitch has a Glitch, she clearly proved how much she cared for him, she (and the rest of the family) didn't treat Stitch as a pet anymore, she saw him now like another member of the family, a person, a younger brother. Seriously, Nani deserved better.

I know the sequel was made after the series's was launched but I think the sequel was chronologically before it. I do agree with all if you. I wished Nanj and Stuche's relationship was closer as the Sahel displayed. She ibviousky came to care for Stitch and consider him family. When Lilo showed impatient towards Stitche's behavior, Nani advised Lilo should show a little toward Stitch. I think Nani sorta stayed out of it so Lilo would learn to not be so near sighted, especially with that contest over her head. Family is always important.

I agree with u, Nani clearly cared for Stitch and that movie finally promoted it. He made the transition from Little alien monster to Little brother. This is so cute! There needs to be more of these two like this!

I agree completely on the statement about Nani, It would have been nice to see more on her, even fanfics don't favor her enough. A very well done piece, always awesome work!

Agreed! in the series she was portrayed like she didn't care about what was going on with Lilo and Stitch she was always shown like she only cared about work and didn't even bother with Stitch.

I agree. Even for as much as I LOVE the show, Nani really deserved better. In fact I think that the only time she acted like herself was in Leroy and Stitch after Stitch had to leave and Lilo was all alone.
