This is my Interpretation so DON'T STEAL. but you are free to model this in Blender and make it for SFM just make sure to credit me for the interpretation design.
Scrap Bidybab #1 (aka Scrap Sammy) Profile

Voice Description: The Bidybabs represent children to baby so their voices would sound playful while also having a level of eeriness laced in the tone.

Character Story: She was originally an animatronic known as a Bidybab from Circus Baby's entertainment and Rentals before the other Animatronics in the location fused to become Ennard an entangled mass of wires and eyeballs whose ultimate plan is to escape the facility using the body of a human as a disguise. The scheme had worked until the body fully decayed and they were forced to escape into the sewers not knowing that their host would still be alive after that. Then Funtime Freddy, along with Circus Baby got into a fight which resulted in the former leader getting ejected from the body however in the process of doing so tiny fragments of each Funtime animatronic were scattered around that contained a small piece of their souls. Everyone else meanwhile was slowly loosing power becoming fully deactivated, and they would've remained that way if it hadn't been for Baby who now came in the form of Scrap Baby. She took each piece of their bodies and inserted them into bodies of her own image therefore creating the rest of the scrap animatronics. For Sammy (her first Bidybab) she created a smaller version of her claw, hair like wires for her head, a cape like structure, and a hand at the end of her tail. It was then she was reborn as Scrap sammy her motherly figure Scrap Baby unfortunately had to take her leave after creating their bodies in order to find her father William. Later that day she and the others woke up to discover their new bodies and escaped from the location in order to find answers. They had indeed found answers when discovering that a new Pizzeria was opening they had stealthily moved under the cover of night to get to the destination. What they didn't expect to find was Ballora, Funtime Foxy, and Funtime Freddy in the same state as they were and out in the back alley, soon afterward the trio told them everything that had previously happened and now had a plan. Scrap Sammy broke down in tears thinking Baby wouldn't come back and she locked Scrap Ballora in a tearful embrace. She was the only one Baby would trust with her Bidybabs and vice versa with her Minireenas. Sammy then went along with the plan and were successful in trapping William along with her friends and now she and her family get to torment him for all eternity as compensation for their suffering.

UCN Mechanic: Sammy Will slowly slither around your office fooling you into thinking she's just moving around when in actuality she's trying to confuse you so she could sneak up from under the desk and jumpscare you to prevent her from doing so make sure you stand still so that when she comes out of hiding you can flash her with the flashlight to send her back into the darkness.

Line 3: " your flesh is as sweet as candy "

Line 4: " let's play...tag...oh that's right...you're gone"
