In episode 24 of Demon Slayer Season 1, During the events of the Rehabilitation training, Tanjiro stumble across Setsuna as her recognizes her from Final Selection and realizes that not only is she a Demon Slayer she's also a Shrine maiden however, Tanjiro was taken away by her beauty the moment he stared back at her.
