In Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc Episode 11, After saving Inosuke; Tanjiro sees Setsuna's unconscious body and as he and Nezuko approaches her they see that she has also been poisoned by Gyutaro with this he asks Nezuko to burn away the poison as she touches Setsuna's stomach and engulfs her body in her fire as the poison being burn away. As Tanjiro holds Setsuna in his arms, she awakens but is a little exhausted, causing Tanjiro to embrace her in relief.
Tanjiro: Setsuna! *He see the gash on her stomach as she been poisoned by Gyutaro* she's been poisoned too. Nezuko can you burn the poison away again.
Nezuko: *Nods* *Touches Setsuna's stomach and engulfs her body in her fire as the poison being burn away*
Tanjiro: *Holds Setsuna* Setsuna! Setsuna! Can you hear me. Please, wake up.
Setsuna: T-Tanjiro...
Tanjiro: Setsuna. *embraces her* Thank goodness your alright.
