I've been looking around for a different apartment in Garry's Mod. I found this one called gm_parasite. It's a horror map, but you start out in a fairly large apartment that has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The only problem is, that the windows in the apartment are only textures, so I had to make this one myself. I left the other window untouched to compare. So I need a window tool of some sort.

That's New York City out the window there, by the way.
