I know it looks like it has been involved in a car accident. That's because this is my first attempt at making a gingerbread house. First of all I had the tray the wrong way round and had no grooves to place the gingerbread into, then the icing bag was abysmal, to the opposite end to the nozzle, the bag split and the icing started coming out of a small hole so I had to transfer all the icing into a sandwich bag and snip the end off and work from there.

though, I had loads of fun making it, I got the icing all over the tips of each finger and my thumbs as I tried to do it by hand and spread the icing on with my fingers instead of squeezing it on. I guess this is what season 8 of Game of Thrones will look like, haha.
