Oh yes, Cedric's a musclegut, all right. He's just not used to Hydrex's fitness routine.
Sure enough, his legs are strong enough to support his weight, and he can do some heavy lifting... but he has trouble lifting HIS OWN body-weight off the ground!

There's definitely a disparity in their physical aspects...
I doubt Cedric will manage to get as thin as Hydrex, but he might at least gain a bit more muscle to support his weight.
