Side story: Twilight studied hard and long under the wing of Celestia to fully learn how to use her latent talent in magic, and to fulfill what ever grand mission that her teacher had in store for her. On the brink of finishing her training, Celestia had gone missing, and shortly after, Equestria started to show signs of a underground society that threatened to over throw the kingdom. Under Discords very own hand (for reasons he never fully explained) Twilight has learned how to use her magic for full on combat practicality, and is now fighting alone, as to not worry her friends, searching for information on Celestias whereabouts and ways to protect the kingdom and Equestria from what ever threatens it.
