The old M4 came out of warp speed. Right in front snih space station, orbiting treigthe. The video screen came on, and it showed a snih officer. "Ah, an elite and a....Miner? Why are you with this miner, and in this old rinky dink ship," questioned the snih officer. "You mean you don't what happened," asked Austin. "What are you talking about," replied the officer. "We'll tell you on board," Austin said.

The old ship landed with a few thousand creeks and whistles. The same snih officer came to greet them, "What is going on?" "Get a transmission to every planet except mundail aco, Now," said Austin. The soldier saluted, and went to carry out the task. While the officer did so, Austin took Harvey to the command center of the station. When they reached the command center the snih officer had fulfilled his orders and had gotten a transmission to every planet.

"What have you called us for," asked the Duke of morsky svet. "And why is the Barren of Mundial aco in this transmission," asked the king of pakoko. "Esteemed leaders of this galaxy, we have been betrayed, by the cinza," said Austin, "The planet of Mundial aco has commited treason by executing the represtatives of each world." Everyone went silent. "Well I say earth stays out of this," said the Minister of Earth, and then he cut the transmission. "Well, now what do you propose we do," said the Prime minister of zmrazene. "I say we bombard the surface until they give up," said the king. "That isn't an option, there could be innocent people or better yet resistance groups against the 'crusade' as they called it," said Harvey. "And just why does he have a say in the matter," asked the duke of morsky svet. "Because, he helped me get off mundial aco," said Austin.

"Sir we have incoming ships coming out of warp speed," said the snih officer. Suddenly, three large warships came out of warp speed. "It's the crusade, prepare your planets for war," said Austin sternly. Then the transmission was cut off, and replaced by the same cinza representative from mundial aco. "Ah so my tracking device has worked," snarled the cinza, "oh where are my manors, You may call me general Jak. And I wave good bye," He said, then shutting off the transmission.

"Sir! what should we do," asked the snih officer. "Deploy all fighters, and have the turrets cover the transports. We're evacuating," said Austin. "Well we can't just use those transports, and the M4 won't do," exclaimed Harvey. "Actually we did confiscate a pretty fast ship from some pirates, we could use that," said the officer. "Show us the way," said Austin. The officer lead them to the hanger were the ship was.

Before they could get to the ship, another ship landed in the hanger. "That's the same ship that attacked Bergbau Raum," yelled Harvey. The ship doors opened and out came the hooded figure and another with a helmet on. Both figures drew out blades, but the one with the helmet on drew one that was double bladed. Austin drew his and yelled, "Go, I will hold them off." Then Austin charged , and so did the figures. Austin struck first at the one with a helmet, knocking the figure backwards. Lifting his blade up just in time to parry with the hooded figure's blade. Then the figure made a dirty kick at Austin's leg, forcing him to collapse, but before the hooded figure could strike down at him, Austin rolled back. He saw the figure with the helmet jump at him, but he jumped out of the way. He struck at the figure, hitting it, or her as it sounded, at the chest.

Infuriated that Austin had just struck down his companion, the figure removed his hood (revealing a nakahi), jumped at Austin, and lunged his blade forward, into Austin's chest. Austin shuddered, and then fell. The nakahi looked around and saw that the pirate ship was gone. He then went to his dying companion. "I don't think I'm gonna make it without a medic," said the figure with the helmet. "You won't make it, he gotta away," said the nakahi. "Wha...no,no please don't kill me," said the figure with the helmet. "Don't worry, I won't kill you. I'll let the crash kill you," said the nakahi. Then the nakahi started to walk away towards the other ship. "Wait, what is so special about that stupid miner," asked the figure with the helmet. "I don't know," replied the nakahi.

The nakahi then left in the ship, leaving the his companion to die in a crash...
