My art friends and I did a challenge where we came up with out predictions for the new starter evos, each of us tackling one line. I took Sprigatito, so here they are!
I didn't hear about the 'leak' until after I finished this, so it didn't factor. Anyways, final evo is grass/poison since poison is actually a viable type now. I don't have a name for the final evo, but the 2nd stage is named Sproingato

Overall I think I did a good job. I think that they look like plausible Pokemon designs. The colors were tricky, what with all the greens. I didn't want them looking to muddy or blended together.
