This is beautiful. There seems to be a real story in the piece and the textures really intrigue the eye. A tidbit I would like to respectively give is to really study the anatomy of a hand. It seems these troublesome appendages trip up a lot of artists (myself included). The hand and the flames was one of the main things my eye was drawn to so using a reference photo would really bring this piece to the next level. Overall it is an extremely impressive work and your hard work really shows through.
