Description Wednesday, down the stairs.
Silent melodies,
In her hair.
She walks,
The sound of everyone
Talking about her.
The truth and lies
Escape from her lips
And she's in trouble now,
She doesn't know where to turn.
So she walks down the hall
And walks into class,
Where the people all stare in awe.
She takes a seat,
Close to the heat.
Her sweatshirt doesn't keep her warm,
It's hiding what she can't keep.
She's the one with beer in her iced tea
And a pack in her purse.
Nobody knows that she is real.
All they see is fake, fake.
Put on a smile,
Take out a pencil.
Take notes here,
It's starting to complicate.
A final bell rings
To tell her she's out of the heat.
Thursdsay, down the stairs.
There she goes,
The process repeats.

You have a great insight and talent for interpretation
of existing material and composing something completely
new and good! You continue to amaze me, Steve!
I have no idea how you do it! I can give no higher praise!
