Taken at Anime Detour, 2014. The PipBoy on his wrist was a digital photo frame with screenshots of the PipBoy's HUD from Fallout 3. The pistol was made from a busted Time Crisis 2 cabinet, and yes, he had Nuka Cola caps. It was awesome. Nice guy, too!
