---Sub-chapter 1: Nighttime planing

The Moon was out, shining it's light on the lands below along with the stars of the night sky glimmering over the waters. Everyone lay asleep Except for Chick who was sitting outside next to the edge of the cliff near the den which had a wide view of everything around. Chick wasn't able to sleep knowing that Corvo was able to do whatever he wanted and that none of the heroes of Morningland could do anything to stop him.

Chick: *Thinking to himself* It's a problem of speed. . . Corvo has magic and wings so how do we catch up to him. . .

He stared out at the moon and thought for the longest time until he eventually dozed off. Then it struck him.

Chick: *jumps a bit and looks straight forward* We fly!

Chick went back into the den and sat down on his bed until he dropped onto his side to lay down. His sight went from a shady blue to pitch black.

---Sub-Chapter 2: I have a plan

Chick Woke up late in the morning to find that everyone was still asleep. He sat up and waited for everyone to wake up. When they finally did, the sun was at it's peak. Afternoon had arrived.

Chick: Wow, you guys were out of it.

Rolly: ahem.

Chick: Wow, you guys, AND GIRL were out of it.

Rolly: Thank you. *Joking around*

Chick: Anyway I thought of something that we might be able to do to chase Corvo down.

Billy: Really? That's great! What did you have in mind?

Chick: Well I was thinking about how Corvo has his wings and magic right?

All: right?

Chick: Well, What if we used our Cipher to chase him down? You know, Blast him with some fire and stuff.

Bantam: You said he had magic too. Who's to say he doesn't use it?

Chick: I think that he'll be thinking more about flying away instead of what to do with his magic.

Bantam: I don't know, he seems to have a pretty good train of thought.

Chick: "Nothing ventured, nothing gained" right?

Rolly: I don't think we can argue with that. . . well not unless anyone has a better idea.

---Sub-Chapter 3: First flight

Our heroes were watching Billy as he pulled out his whistle and blew into it to call on the Cipher.

Billy: Now we wa

Before Billy could finish his sentence the Cipher came, and landed very close to the kids making then jump and shout.

Billy: (O.O) . . .

Chick: This is where we get on, people.

Every one boarded the Cipher until they were all on and secured, just then Oma-Oma showed up and asked how they were all doing. They all replied with "fine" and then they told him that they planned to chase Corvo down. Oma-Oma told them good luck and the kids took off.

Billy: -.- You know he said good luck.

Rolly: so?

Billy: Where's the wood?

Bantam: You're superstitious?

Billy: No, I was hoping someone would laugh. . .

They spent the entire day flying around looking for Corvo everywhere, taking 30 minute breaks every hour of flying that passed.

*Back on land*

Billy: whew, this is taking much longer than I thought it would.

Chick: What if Corvo IS around, but he's just not in Forest Village?

Rolly: Then we're wasting time looking in all the wrong places. . . I think we need help.

Chick: And that's where the elders will come into play.

Everyone looked at Chick wondering what he was intending.

Chick: The Chicken Elders know what's going on in their sections of Morningland, right? All we need to do is keep in touch with all six elders until we can find Corvo.

Rolly: Just one question, How are we supposed to do that? I mean, we can't be all over Morningland all at once.

Billy: Maybe we could split up?

Bantam: No. If we split up, then we can't get to each other.

Billy, Rolly, Chick, and Bantam stood around thinking about ways to approach this predicament when an echoing voice began to speak to all of them.

Voice: I can help you out with that.

The voice caught everyone off guard when Billy asked, "WHO'S THERE!?"

Voice: *Playing around* You should know who I am. . . Take a guess.

Billy stood there looking puzzled when Rolly pointed out that it was Menie-Funie.

Voice ---> Menie-Funie: *still playing around* Did you really forget me? Gee thanks.

Billy: Uh, no. . . I was just not expecting you to show up, er. . . sound so suddenly.

Menie-Funie: I can help you four out with your mission. Unlike last time, Corvo's magic and abilities have increased because he inherited Dark Raven's powers. I don't mean to be a downer, but I do not believe that you can handle this all on your own so I will help you however, I cannot be there to assist you physically, but I can let you know what's happening around Morningland just like before, that is If you wish.

Rolly: Actually, We could really use that right about now.

Billy: We have no idea where Corvo is.

Menie-Funie: At this moment, Corvo is not within the lands so you can do whatever you want.

Billy: Well everyone, I guess we're good for now.

--- Sub-Chapter 4: Impending Darkness

Corvo wasn't anywhere in Morningland just like Menie-Funie had told the children. Corvo was actually in his own world talking to Reven.

Corvo: status?

Reven: Your army is ready.

Corvo: Excellent work.

Reven: I need to go my own way so I'll see you some other time. . . maybe.

Corvo: You are always specific aren't you.

Reven: . . . . . *little squint* yus.

Reven waved his arm/wing in a circle in front of him and vanished into a dark cloud.

Corvo: hm. . .

Corvo looked out at his new army of crows and began to analyze what he had as a wicked smile formed across his beak.

Corvo: Very good, very good indeed, They won't know what hit them. . .

---Sub-Chapter 5: Crisis

The four kids were on the outskirts of Forest Village where a small stream of water slowly ran by the hillside, the trees gave a lot of shade, and where there was a great view of the scenery. Billy, Chick, And Bantam were sitting backed up to a very large tree, relaxing when Rolly stood up and walked to the edge of the Cliff to get a better view of the scenery and to feel the warmth of the sunlight. She would be shocked at what she saw.

Rolly: uh. . .guys? You really, REALLY, have to see this!

Chick: okay. . .

The three guy's looked at each other and began to get up in unison and approached the edge of the cliff to see what was up.

Billy: woah.

Chick: O.O

Bantam: uh. . .

All of them stood there looking out at the ENTIRE Crescent Crow Army approaching Forest Village.
