Billy Hatcher: Rise of Corvo [An unexpected resolve]______________________________________________
---Sub-Chapter 1: Bring in the Cipher
Billy and Bantam stood waiting until the Cipher came into view.
Billy: There he is!
Bantam: Maybe we can finish them off here and now.
Billy: I hope.
The cipher landed in front of the kids and then the kids got onto the Cipher.
Bantam: So how do you want to do this? Just go in and blast em' with fire?
Billy: We could do that, or we could ram them.
Bantam: I think we should use the fire. . .
Billy: why?
Bantam: cause fire is awesome. . . well, when your not burned by it.
Billy: . . . okay.
Bantam tapped the Cipher's head and they took off toward the Crescent Crow Army. When they were over the crows ready to attack, Billy saw Chick and Rolly fighting the crows. Reacting, Billy told Bantam to call off the fire strike.
Billy: Don't fire! There's Chick and Rolly over there!
Bantam: oh hey! Let's go pick them up!
The Cipher began to descend near by Chick and Rolly while Billy was shouting aloud at them.
Billy: CHICK! ROLLY! WERE GOING TO LAND! GET ON!
Chick heard Billy and got Rolly's attention. They got away from the crows, and got ready to board the Cipher. When Billy and Bantam landed, Chick and Rolly were basically already getting on the Cipher while some of the oversized cat-like crows were chasing them. As soon as they were secured on the Cipher, they immediately got off the ground and circled around to blast away at the crows.
Bantam: Hold on everyone!
Bantam got the Cipher to fly close to the floor and breathe fire at the crows. Every time they crossed the crows paths, tens and sometimes hundereds of crow beasts were blasted making them break up into regular crows that flew away in terror. This went on until the Cipher was getting tired from using it's fire attacks nonstop. The kids were satisfied with the Ciphers attacks and they decided they could handle things from there. They landed back where they started to get their eggs back, and got off the Cipher so he could rest.
Rolly: Let's do this!
Chick looked at Rolly in amusement while Billy and Bantam began to speak.
Billy: Bantam and I have to find eggs. . .
Bantam: Corvo did it.
Rolly: Oh. Okay, well. . . You know where we'll be.
Rolly and Chick went up ahead while Billy and Bantam searched for any eggs nearby.
---Sub-Chapter 2: Help from the chickens
Rolly and Chick caught up again with the crows whom (surprisingly) kept their order and didn't scatter around. By this time though they were mere moments away from reaching the village in Forest Village. Their intentions were still unknown but it didn't seem like it would matter anyway because there were at most 150 crows.
Chick: I think this is pretty much over.
Rolly: Sure, but let's not jinx ourselves.
Chick and Rolly charged into the clusters of the cat-like crows first where they instantly came into trouble. One crow ground pounded the floor and then the next one did the same thing, and then the next, and then the others repeated making an endless wave of small quakes which threw the kids off balance and destroyed their eggs instantly. When the cat-like crows didn't see Chick and Rolly as a threat anymore they continued on their way.
Chick: HOW!?
Rolly: They knew we were coming! THEY KNEW! *hits ground with fists*
Chick: This sucks.
Rolly: *Turns to Chick* Why? Because we can't do anything about it?
Chick: No. Because we just got beat right at the start!
Rolly: *"uh. . ." toned voice* That does sound kind of bad.
The crow's reached the Village in Forest Village and then they began to wreck everything they saw. From small buildings, to tree homes, they did whatever they wanted to without any hesitation. What was worse, Chick and Rolly couldn't do anything about it and Billy and Bantam weren't near by to help because they were off looking for eggs so they could actually do something.
Rolly: Well I'm glad we got everyone out of there.
Chick: Yeah but now they have to fix the place. . . hey, what's going on over there?
Off in the distance on the tall waterfall, Baby chicks and chickens were lined up with a miraculous array of egg animals behind them!
Baby Chick: *In Cheep speak* For the good of all that is light in this world, WE WILL PUNISH YOU!
Egg animals fired orbs of light, balls of fire, shards of ice, streams of wind, and bolts of thunder raining total, absolute chaos over the crows. By the end of it all, only eight crows remained; Those 8 that were still around were completely mortified and when an egg animal came closer to them, they instantly burst into a bunch of regular crows retreating from the scene.
Rolly: wow. . .
Chick: I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before. . .
The two stared outwards in awe, acknowledging the tremendous force that the inhabitants of Morningland can pull out in times of crisis. . .
---Sub-Chapter 3: New egg!?
While the last of the crow's were being defeated by the egg animals, Billy and Bantam were off searching for new eggs.
Billy: Found anything yet Bantam?
Bantam: nope. You?
Billy: yep.
Billy found A egg leaving Bantam the only one of the two that needed an egg.
Bantam: Hey. What kind of an egg is that?
The two kids looked at the marks on the egg which had looked like nothing they had seen before. It was a metallic purple color with the indentations of the courage emblem on it, the contents inside a mystery.
Billy: This is almost. . . . happy? Disturbing? Freaky? I don't know WHAT to say.
Bantam: *silence* Okay. Now I'm getting tingles.
Change of views: Billy,Bantam ---> Rolly,Chick
Rolly and Chick walked over to the top of the waterfall where they talked to some of the chicks and chickens.
Rolly: That was amazing.
Change of views: Chick, Rolly ---> Billy,Bantam
Billy and Bantam were studying the egg and taking in the detail. They had noticed that there was some strange writing on it that seemed abstract.
Billy: Okay, come on. We have to get your egg and stop the crows.
Bantam: Well we should find you a different egg too. I don't want this one to break before we can hatch it.
Billy: Neither do I but we have to use whatever we can get, and fast.
Bantam: Well promise me one thing. We WILL see what's inside this egg.
Billy: . . . sure.
They went on their way until they came across an Oritta egg which Bantam was going to use against the crows.
Bantam: I really think we should find another egg.
Billy: But we don't have the time. I won't let this one break because I want to see it just as much as you do!
Bantam: Okay but if I see another egg, You're taking it instead.
Billy: agreed.
They retraced their steps back to the war zone, then they went in the direction that the crows had headed too. When they hit the village area and seen it partially messed up, they heard Chick call them.
Chick: Hey! Up here! Billy! Bantam!
They both looked at the top of the waterfall at Chick who them waved them to come over there.
---Sub-Chapter 4: Breaking down
Corvo summoned all the crows that were involved in the march, back to his place where he then began to speak to them all.
Corvo: Okay. *facepalms self* I find it almost stunning that an entire army can be beaten by four kids, FOUR KIDS! I mean really? 2500 soldiers, against 4 children. How difficult is that really!? I wouldn't be so baffled if it wasn't for the fact that I set you all up to succeed and what do I get? A bunch of incompetent soldiers that cant perform the simplest task! You know what? Just go, all of you, just leave now before I lose my control.
The crow's left in a rushed manner because when Corvo looses it, he REALLY looses it.
Corvo: *sigh* and I lost too. *sits on floor* Why does everyone else have all the luck? Why are we as crows forced to live like this? *gets up* That's it. I will MAKE them. . . ALL OF THEM! *stops speaking and makes a portal* They won't be happy anymore when I'm through with them.
---Sub-Chapter 5: And so. . .
Everyone met up at the den where everyone talked about what had happened and then celebrated what was supposedly the end of the crows for the next 100 years. After a while, Billy brought in the purple metallic colored egg and showed it to the others.
Billy: Have any of you seen this egg before?
Oma-Oma: That's a little strange. Eggs like this don't exist. . . Well, as far as we knew but this, this is a little peculiar.
Billy: So that's a "no" then.
Rolly: Where did you find this anyway?
Bantam: We found it in the main forest.
Just then a crow flew in through the window with a message in it's claws. It dropped the message on the table and stood behind it while crowing to catch everyone's attention, then it flew away, out of the den. Everyone stood around wondering what that was all about and wondering why the CROW was around.
Billy: Um *Starts approaching the table* that was a little weird.
Billy opened the message, read it, and then his eyes widened.
Billy: No.
He dropped the message on the floor.
"I might not be able to take Morningland yet, but your world will meet Morningland's soon to come fate.
P.S. You can't destroy me in my own world."
