It's getting there. . .This is the 3D mesh model of Corvo's spear. The wood staff and the little yellow "bulges" are fills while the spearhead detail was made through UV mapping.
As it turns out, you can make 3D details with 2D images which are wrapped onto a 3D mesh model.

Reason to like 3D animation (imo). . . You don't have to keep redrawing everything for every view. XD
This spear is now done (unless I'm missing a detail. . .) and is ready for the Dark Corvo mesh model I'm going to make soon.
