Note: View in full size to see the differences better!I was doing some things with the Portal Gun 3D model and decided to smooth out some of the parts as well as fix the geometry of the model itself.
It had a ton of "tris" so I needed to make them all "quads". as a result, I was able to smooth the Portal gun without it looking all messed up. I'm thinking of making a "Portal in Real Life" video to try something different and if I do go through with it. I want the Portal Gun to look good. I'm also going to try retexturing it and adding some of the missing pieces to the operational "end of the device"
Actually, I may scrap this model all together and make a better looking one too.
