The Powell (Name again taken from the filename), an original mecha design I did back in the mid-late 90s. I recently found and-rescanned the original, but sit seems to have faded somewhat, particularly around the legs

This was meant to be an infantry/trooper mecha, and was armed with a missile launcher, forearm beam cannons, head moutned defensive laser and a Beam Rifle. Judging by the name, it was meant to be of American origin

I remember that this one's head gave me a lot of greif before I settled on a design that I liked which might explain the tiny little neck.
