Concept design for an Quad Artillery Mech design, c2002. This design doesn't have a name or any back story to it, and doesn't seem to fit in anywhere.

This one has a single tube artillery cannon in a rotating turret. The feet are designed with folding claws to allow it to grasp the terrain and better stabilise itself. An alternative "three wheel" foot design is also featured, presumably allowing better land speed at the expense of all-terrain capability.
