Description
The Ranger, an original mecha design I did in the late 90s. I recently fond and-re scanned the original, but it does seem to be a bit worse for wear.

This design is a recon/EW machine; its equipment includes a long-range radar array, an ECM module and a satellite uplink. Weapons are limited to a single beam rifle. Given the insignia and that it shares design and stylistic elements with the Powell , I assume it is an American design.
